Act to amend and reenact § 29-189 of the Code of Virginia, providing
as to when certain furbearing animals may be taken. CH 456]

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:
That § 29-189 of the Code of Virginia be amended and reenacted as

§ 29-139. * A landowner may shoot furbearing animals except
rer, muskrats or raccoons, upon his own land during closed season.
