CHAPTER 2

An Act to amend and reenact § 17-127.11 of the Code A Virginia,
relating to terms of court of the fourth judicial circutt CH 88}

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:
1. ; That § § 17-127.11 of the Code of Virginia be amended and reenacted
as follows:

§ 17-127.11. The regular terms * of the courts of the fourth judicial
circuit shall be as follows:

Dinwiddie * County: Third * Tuesday in January, March, May, July,
September and November.

Nottoway County: First Tuesday in January, March, May, July,
September and November.

City of Petersburg: Third Monday in April and October.
5 a County: First Tuesday in February, April, June, October and

ecember.

Powhatan County: Second Tuesday in February, April, June, October
and December.
2. An emergency exists and this act is in force from its passage.
