CHAPTER 83
An Act to amend and reenact § 15-555.2 of the Code of Virginia, relating
to fingerprinting.
- Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:
1 That § 15-555.2 of the Code of Virginia be amended and reenacted
as follows:
§ 15-555.2. The judge of a county court or municipal court may, in
his discretion, on motion of the attorney for the Commonwealth, require
the duly constituted police officers of the county, city or town within the
territorial jurisdiction of ey court to take the fingerprints of any person
who has been arrested and charged with a misdemeanor other than a mis-
demeanor which is a violation of any provision of Title * 46.1 of the Code.
