An Act to amend and reenact § 15-548 of the Code of Virginia, relating to
the punishment for violations of §§ 15-546 and 15-547 of the Code.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:
Pa That § 15-548 of the Code of Virginia be amended and reenacted as
ollows:
§ 15-548. Any violation of either of the two preceding sections shall
be a misdemeanor and shall be punishable as provided by § *18.1-9.
2. This act shall become effective on July 1, 1960.
