CHAPTER 352

An Act to amend and reenact § 88-15.1 of the Code of Virginia, relating
to furnishing information regarding certain right of way transac-

tions.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:
1. That § 33-15.1 of the Code of Virginia be amended and reenacted as
follows:

§ 33-15.1. Upon written request to the central office of the Depart-
ment of Highways, the State Highway Commission shall furnish infor-
mation regarding right of way transactions where any public funds are
expended. Such information shall not be released prior to * sixty days
following the transaction to any person not a party directly interested in
such transaction.

The information referred to herein shall consist of the following:
(1) Name of the person to whom any sum was paid for land or interest
therein; (2) the amount of land or interest therein acquired from such
person; and (3) the amount paid such person for land and the amount.
