CHAPTER 247

An Act to amend and reenact § 3-848, as amended, of the Code of
Virginia of 1950, relating to compensation of the members of the
Muk Commission.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

1. That § 3-848, as amended, of the Code of Virginia, be amended and
reenacted as follows:

§ 3-348. Compensation—The members of the Milk Commission shall
be paid each the sum of * twenty dollars per day for each day actually
spent in the performance of their official duties, plus their actual and
necessary expenses.

The compensation of the executive officer, the secretary and other
employees of the Milk Commission shall be such as may be provided in
accordance with law for the purpose.
