CHAPTER 190

An Act to appropriate funds for certain crop pest control. (H 485]

Approved March 4, 1960

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:
1. § 1. There is hereby appropriated out of the general fund of the
State treasury sixty-eight thousand eight hundred thirty-six dollars to be
expended by the Department of Agriculture and Immigration for crop
pest control relating to Soybean Cyst Nemotode infestation.
2. An emergency exists and this act is in force from its passage.
