CHAPTER 622

AN ACT to appropriate funds to maintain and operate State Lime Grinding
Plant No. 1 in the county of Augusta. g

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

1. There is hereby appropriated from the general fund of the State
treasury, not otherwise appropriated, the sum of thirty-two thousand
dollars to be expended for the purpose of maintaining and operating State
Lime Grinding Plant No. 1 in the county of Augusta. This appropriation
shall be expended by the Department of Agriculture and Immigration in
the same manner as funds for operating other State lime grinding plants
are expended.
