AN ACT to require the Comptroller, through the Division of Purchase and
Printing, to maintain a stock of flags of the Commonwealth of Vir-
ginia for sale to the public. P

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

1. § 1. The Comptroller, through the Division of Purchase and Printing,
shall have available at all times flags of the Commonwealth of Virginia,
to be offered for sale to the public in such manner as the Comptroller may
determine.

§ 2. Such flags shall be of good quality, shall conform to the specifi-
cations therefor prescribed in § 7-32, and shall be offered in the various
sizes prescribed by the Governor pursuant to § 7-33.

§ 8. The prices to be charged for such flags shall be at cost as
determined by the Comptroller.
