CHAPTER 528

An Act to amend the Code of Virginia by adding a section numbered
8-827.1, requiring the production of photographs and maps in addt-
tion to the documentary evidence required to be produced by Code
§§ 8-801, 8-824 and 8-825.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia: .

1. That the Code of Virginia be amended by adding a section numbered
8-827.1, as follows: .

§ 8-327.1. In addition to the documentary evidence required to be
produced by §§ 8-801, 8-324 and 8-325, the production of photographs and
maps may be required under the same conditions under which the docu-
mentary. evidence mentioned in said sections may be required to be
produced.
