An Act to amend and reenact § 1, as amended, of Chapter 288 of the
Acts of Assembly of 1940, approved March 27, 1940, relating to fish-
ing on Sunday in certain counties. (H 642]

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

1. That § 1, as amended, of Chapter 238 of the Acts of Assembly of
1940, approved March 27, 1940, be amended and reenacted as follows:

§ 1. It shall be unlawful for any person to fish on Sunday in any of
the waters in Giles and Bland Counties * ; provided, that any person who
is properly licensed may fish in New River and in Mountain Lake in Giles
County; and provided further that any properly licensed member of a pri-
vate club owning a pond in Giles or Bland County may within either such
county fish in such pond and in streams flowing to or from such pond at
any tume.
