An Act to amend and reenact § 29-45 of the Code of Virginia, relating
to open season and bag limits on shooting preserves. CH 614]

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:
te That § 29-45 of the Code of Virginia be amended and reenacted as
ollows:

§ 29-45. The length of the hunting season on such preserves and
the size of the bag limit shall be in accordance with * rules of the Com-
mission.
