An Act to amend and reenact § 15-861.1 of the Code of Virginia, relating
to validation of certain ordinances. [H 61]

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

: tee § 15-861.1 of the Code of Virginia be amended and reenacted as
ollows:

§ 15-861.1. All ordinances adopted prior to * January one, nineteen
hundred fifty-eight, by any county authorized to adopt the same under the
provisions of this article, are hereby ratified, validated and confirmed not-
withstanding noncompliance with any technical requirement of this article.
