CHAPTER 455

An Act to amend the Code of Virginia by adding in Title 12, a chapter
numbered 6, containing sections numbered 12-65 through 12-67, to
provide for the supervision, control and expenditure of the Unin-
sured Motorists Fund; to require certain payments to insurance
companies writing motor vehicle bodily injury and property damage
liability insurance and, based thereon, certain reductions in the rate
applicable to uninsured motorists endorsements or provision; and to
empower the State Corporation Commission to issue rules and regula-
tions with respect thereto.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:
1. That the Code of Virginia be amended by adding in Title 12 a chapter
numbered 6, containing sections numbered 12-65 through 12-67 as follows:
