CHAPTER 432

An Act directing the Secretary of the Commonwealth to report to the
Governor and General Assembly on compacts to which the State is
a party.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:
1. § 1. The Secretary of the Commonwealth is hereby directed to pre-
pare a compilation of all of the compacts to which the Commonwealth of
Virginia is now a party, commencing with the compact entered into with
the State of Maryland, which compact was confirmed by the General
Assembly of this Commonwealth on the third day of January, seventeen
hundred and eighty-six. Such compilation shall contain the dates such
compacts were confirmed by this Commonwealth and the complete texts
of the terms of such compacts.

The Secretary shall complete the preparation of such compilation and
transmit the same to the Governor and General Assembly on or before
January 1, 1960.
