CHAPTER 298

AN ACT to amend and reenact § 33-22 of the Code of Virginia increasing
the compensation of members of the State Board of Health to ten
dollars.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:
ty That § 32-22 of the Code of Virginia be amended and reenacted as

ollows:

§ 32-22. The members of the Board shall receive no salary, but each
member shall be paid a per diem of * ten dollars for the time actually
engaged in the discharge of his duties, together with his actual expenses
incurred therein, to be paid out of the Board’s funds.
