AN ACT to amend and reenact § 22-276 of the Code of Virginia, relating to
rules and regulations governing school buses and the enforcement of

same.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

Ls That § 22-276 of the Code of Virginia be amended and reenacted as
ollows:

§ 22-276. The State Board may make all needful rules and regula-
tions not inconsistent with law relating to the construction, design, opera-
tion, equipment, and color of school buses, and shall have the authority to
issue an order prohibiting the operation on public streets and highways
of any school bus which does not comply with such regulations, and any
such order shall be enforced by the * Department of State Police.
