Act to amend and reenact § 15-20 as amended, of the Code of Vir-
ginia, relating to power of county boards of supervisors to award
premiums for destruction of certain predators. CH 271]

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

That § 15-20, as amended, of the Code of Virginia, be amended and
1acted as follows:

§ 15-20. The board of supervisors of any county shall have power
uward, in their discretion, a premium to be paid on warrant of the
rd on the county treasurer not exceeding ‘ten Mjollars for each wolf *
; not exceeding three dollars for each * tail of a wildcat, catamount,
y fox or red fox; and not exceeding fifty cents for each scalp of a
ken hawk, crow, or owl, except a screech owl, upon production of
sfactory evidence that the same were killed within the limits of the
nty and by the person in whose behalf the same may be presented.
