CHAPTER 145

An Act to amend the Code of Virginia by adding a section numbered
29-55.2, to provide for nonresident hunting licenses in certain cases.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

1. That the Code of Virginia be amended by adding a section numbered
29-55.2 as follows:

§ 29-55.2. There is hereby provided a season license for nonresidents
of the State to hunt within the boundaries of shooting preserves licensed
under the provisions of Chapter 4 of this Title. Such license shall be valid
within the boundaries of any such shooting preserves and may be in lieu
of any license required by § 29-54.

The fee for such license shall be three dollars.
