An Act to establish the terms of the courts of the twenty-second judicial

circuit.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:
1. 1. The regular terms of the courts of the twenty-second judicial
circuit shall be as follows:

Giles County: Second Tuesday in January, April and July and first
Tuesday in October.

Bland County: First Tuesday in March and fourth Tuesday in June
and October.

Tazewell County: The terms of court shall remain as heretofore pro-
vided by law.
2. This act shall be in force on and after January one, nineteen hundred
fifty-seven.
