CHAPTER 696

An Act to amend the Code of Virginia by adding a section numberea
22-822.1, relating to vocational rehabilitation. [H 755}

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

1. That the Code of Virginia be amended by adding a section numbered
22-322.1 as follows:

§ 22-322.1. The State Board of Education is authorized to establish
out of such funds as are available, a department of vocational rehabilita-
tion for the State, the purpose of which department shall be the study of
the problems of vocational rehabilitation, the systematizing of the work in
the State, and preparation for and placement in suitable employment of
persons disabled in industry or otherwise.
