CHAPTER 604

An Act to amend the Code of Virginia by adding thereto a section num-
bered 14-69.2, providing salary increases for county treasures. 438)

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

1. That the Code of Virginia be amended by adding thereto a section
numbered 14-69.2 as follows:

§ 14-69.2. The minimum and maximum salary brackets provided
for county treasurers by §§ 14-69 and 14-69.1 applicable to each treasurer
shall be increased by twenty per centum.

2. . This act shall become effective January one, nineteen hundred fifty-
seven.
