CHAPTER 573

An Act to amend the Code of Virginia by adding a section numbered
14-155.12, providing for an annual salary for the clerks of certain

courts.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:
1. That the Code of Virginia be amended by adding a section numbered
14-155.12 as follows: ee aes

§ 14-155.12. Any clerk of a court the jurisdiction of which is limited
to cases wherein the Commonwealth is a party as set forth in § 17-163
shall receive from the Commonwealth an annual salary of thirty-five
hundred dollars.
