Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:
oa That § 58-138 of the Code of Virginia be amended and reenacted as
ollows:

§ 58-138. For the purpose of § 58-136 two or more corporations sub-
ject to income taxes under this chapter shall be deemed to be affiliated: (a)
If one corporation owns at least * eighty per centum of the voting stock
of the other or others, or (b) if at least * eighty per centum of the voting
stock of two or more corporations is owned by the same interests.
