CHAPTER 464
An Act to authorize the State Hospital Board to sell certain real estate
and apply the proceeds of such sale for the benefit of Western State
Hospital.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:
1. Subject to the approval of the Governor, the State Hospital Board
is authorized to sell, either at private or public sale, and for such price
and upon such terms as the Board may determine, all of the real estate
devised and bequeathed by Eserline Henshaw to Western State Hospital
by her last will and testament, dated August twenty-six, nineteen hundred
and thirty, and recorded in the Clerk’s Office of Madison County, Virginia,
in Will Book twelve, at page three hundred and eighty-six.
2. The proceeds from such sale shall become a Trust Fund to the credit
of State Hospital Board and expended for the benefit of Western State
Hospital, at Staunton, in such manner as the Board may direct, and in ac-
cordance with the will of Eserline Henshaw.
