An Act to amend and reenact Chapter 197 of the Acts of Assembly of
1950, approved March 14, 1950, as amended, which was incorporated
by reference in § 29-36.1 of the Code of Virginia, relating to game
wardens in certain counties.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:
1. That Chapter 197 of the Acts of Assembly of 1950, approved March
14, 1950, as amended, which was incorporated by reference by § 29-36.1
of the Code of Virginia be amended and reenacted as follows:
§ 1. The governing body of any county having a population of not
less than twenty-three thousand three hundred seventy-five and not more
than twenty-four thousand four hundred fifty and in any county having
a population of more than thirty-five thousand one hundred and less than
thirty-six thousand * shall pay the game warden of such county for
services rendered to the county a salary of not less than seventy-five
dollars nor more than one hundred and fifty dollars a month.
