CHAPTER 340

An Act to amend the Code of Verges by adding thereto a section num-
bered 18-281.2, making it unlawful to enter the property of others
under certain conditions and providing penalties for violations

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:
1. That the Code of Virginia be amended by adding thereto a section
numbered 18-231.2 as follows:

§ 18-231.2. It shall be unlawful for any person to enter the land,
dwelling, out-house or any other building of another for the purpose of
damaging such property or any of the contents thereof or in any manner
to interfere with the rights of the owner, user or the occupant thereof
to use such property free from interference. . .

Any person violating the provisions of this section shall be guilty of
a misdemeanor and punished as provided by law.
