CHAPTER 337

An Act to amend and reenact §§ 29-21 and 29-22 of the Code of Virginia,
relating, respectively, to how Commission of Game and Inland Fish-
eries required to keep and disburse funds, and limitations thereon,
and how accounts for payments are certified. CH 483]

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

1. That §§ 29-21 and 29-22 of the Code of Virginia be amended and
reenacted as follows:

§ 29-21. * The disbursements of the Commission shall be limited
to the amount appropriated by the General Assembly from the game pro-
tection fund and in no event shall the State pay obligations that may be
incurred by the Commission or be liable in any manner therefor except
to the extent of the game protection fund.
§ 29-22. Accounts for salaries, allowances, wages and expenses
authorized by the Commission * shall be certified to the Comptroller for
payment as the Commission may direct by resolution.
