CHAPTER 327

An Act to amend the Code of Virginia by adding a section numbered
86-47.1, to provide for compensation for commissioners of certain
regional housing authorities. CH 619]

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

1. That the Code of Virginia be amended by adding a section numbered
36-47.1 as follows:

§ 36-47.1. The commissioners of any housing authority created for
or operating in two or more cities may, in addition to being reimbursed
for their expenses as otherwise provided, be paid salaries not to exceed
one hundred eighty dollars per annum for each such commissioner.

2. Anemergency exists and this act is in force from its passage.
