CHAPTER 205

An Act to amend and reenact § 2 of Chapter 202 of the Acts of Assembly
of 1950, which was added thereto by Chapter 685 of the Acts of
Assembly of 1952, relating to squirrel season in certain counties.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

1. That § 2 of Chapter 202 of the Acts of Assembly of 1950 which was
added thereto by Chapter 685 of the Acts of Assembly of 1952 be amended
and reenacted as follows:

§ 2. Notwithstanding the provisions of § 1 of this act, it shall be
lawful to hunt, capture, take and kill squirrels in the county of Scott
during the period beginning September fifteen of each year and ending *
September thirtieth following and beginning again on the third Monday in
November and ending on January fifth following.

2. An emergency exists and this act is in force from its passage.
