AN ACT to amend the Code of Virginia by adding a new section numbered
8-514.1, to authorize an accounting in equity. CH 360]

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

1. That the Code of Virginia be amended by adding a new section
numbered 8-514.1 as follows:

§ 8-514.1. An accounting in equity may be had against the personal
representative of any guardian, bailiff, or receiver, and also by one joint
tenant, tenant in common, or coparcener, or his personal representative,
against the other as bailiff, for receiving more than comes to his just
share or proportion, and against the personal representative of any such
joint tenant, tenant in common, or coparcener.
