CHAPTER 103

An Act to amend the Code of Virginia by adding thereto a section numbered
17-127.7 to establish terms of certain circuit courts. [8 B 180]

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia: .
1. That the Code of Virginia be amended by adding thereto a section
numbered 17-127.7 as follows: oo,

§ 17-127.7. The regular terms of the courts of the twentieth judicial
circuit shall be as follows: .

Roanoke County: First Friday in January, February, April, June,
September and November.

City of Roanoke: First Friday in March, May, July, October and
December.
2. An emergency exists and this act is in force from its passage.
