CHAPTER 101

An Act to amend and reenact § 54-480 of the Code of Virginia, relating to
the renewal of permits to sell or dispense medicines. [8 B 109]

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:
by That § 54-430 of the Code of Virginia be amended and reenacted as
ollows:
§ 54-430. All permits of the Board to sell or dispense medicines shall
be renewed annually. The Board shall charge and receive the sum of *
five dollars for each renewal.
