An Act to amend the Code of Virginia by adding § 14-124.1, so as to
provide for a single clerk’s fee of ten dollars in adoption proceedings.)

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

Pee the Code of Virginia be amended by adding § 14-124.1, as
ollows:

§ 14-124.1. Notwithstanding any other provision of law to the
contrary, only one fee, which shall be in the amount of ten dollars, shall
be required by the clerk to be paid by the petitioner or petitioners for all
services rendered in an adoption proceeding.
