An Act to prescribe the season for hunting mink in Buchanan County and
to provide penalties for violations. tH 53]

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

1. §1. Notwithstanding the provisions of § 29-139 of the Code of
Virginia or any other statute to the contrary, it shall be unlawful for any
person to hunt mink in Buchanan County at any time other than prescribed
as open hunting season for mink generally throughout the State. Any
person violating the provisions of this act shall be guilty of a misdemeanor
and punished as provided by law.

An emergency exists and this act is in force from its passage.
