An Act te amend the Code of Virginia by adding thereto a section num-
bered 46-212.1, prohibiting the conviction of a person for speeding in
certain areas unless certain markers have been installed. rH 208]

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

1. That the Code of Virginia be amended by adding thereto a section
numbered 46-212.1, as follows:

§ 46-212.1. No person shall be convicted of a violation of § 46-212
(d) when such person has exceeded the speed limit in an area where the
speed limit has been decreased unless such area is clearly indicated by a
conspicuous marker at the termini of such area.
