CHAPTER 60

An Act to amend the Code of Virginia by adding thereto a section num-
bered 46-164.1, so as to provide for the issuance of certain licenses
for certain motor vehicles.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

1. That the Code of Virginia be amended by adding thereto a section
numbered 46-164.1 as follows:

§ 46-164.1. Upon receipt of an application on a form prescribed by
the Commissioner, the Commissioner may issue appropriately designated
license plates to owners of antique motor vehicles. Such license plates
shall be valid so long as title to such vehicle is vested in the applicant.
The fee for the certificate of registration and license plates of any such
vehicle shall be five dollars.
