February 7, 1940, relating to gigging certain fish in the Shenandoah
River in the counties of Page, Rockingham, Clarke, Warren and
Shenandoah.

1. That Chapter 13 of the Acts of Assembly of 1940, approved February
7, 1940, is repealed.
