Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:
1. § 1. Nonresident Trip Fishing License.—There is hereby provided
a trip fishing license for nonresidents of the State to fish in the public im-
pounded waters of this State during the open season for game fish. Provided,
however, such license shall not entitle the owner thereof to fish for trout
in any of the trout streams nor in any waters in which trout have been
planted. The fee for such license shall be one dollar and fifty cents, and
said license shall be effective for three successive days, which days shall
be set forth on the face of the license.
§ 2. The clerk or agent issuing the license provided herein shall be
paid ten cents for each license so issued.
2. This act shall be in force on and after July one, ninteen hundred
fifty-four.
