An Act to provide that a copy of any written statement obtained from an
injured person must be left with such person. oH :

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

1. § 1. Any person who takes a signed written statement from a
person who has sustained a personal injury relative to such injury shall
leave a copy of such statement with such injured person at the time of
taking such statement.
