An Act to repeal § 88-186 of the Code of 1950, §§ 3758 and 4074
through 4097 of the Code of 1919, and Chapter 227 of the Acts of
Assembly of 1922, approved March 15, 1922, which were continued
mn effect by § 83-186 of the Code of 1950, and all amendments
thereof, the sections and act relating to turnpikes and turnpike
companies.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

1. That § 33-136 of the Code of 1950, §§ 3758 and 4074 through 4097
of the Code of 1919, and Chapter 227 of the Acts of Assembly of 1922,
approved March 15, 1922, which were continued in effect by § 33-136
of the Code of 1950, and all amendments thereof, are repealed.
