An Act to authorize the governing bodies of certain counties to acquire
lands within the county for the establishment of a bird eerie

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

1. The governing body of any county having a population in excess of
forty-one thousand four hundred and fifty but less than forty-one thousand
five hundred as shown by the last preceding decennial census, is hereby
authorized to designate any area or areas within the county upon
request of all of the landowners in said area, as a bird sanctuary.
