An Act to amend the Code of Virginia by adding a section numbered
1-13.22.1, relating to rules of construction.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

1. That the Code of Virginia be amended by adding a section numbered
1-13.22.1 as follows:

§ 1-13.22.1. The word “inhabitants” used in any act of the General
Assembly with reference to any county, city, or town, shall be construed
to mean population as defined in § 1-13.22.
