CHAPTER 202

An Act to authorize and empower the State Board of Education to
grant certain easements of right of way on, over and across certain
property known as Woodrow Wilson Rehabilitation Center at Fishers-
ville, Virginia.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

1. The State Board of Education is authorized and empowered to
grant and convey unto such corporations, upon such terms and condi-
tions as the Board shall deem proper, easements of right of way for
utility and/or public service corporations and other corporations of like
nature, over and across the property known as Woodrow Wilson Rehabili-
tation Center at Fishersville, Virginia. The instrument so granting and
conveying the easements of right of way shall be signed and executed in
such manner and form as is authorized and directed by such Board. The
instruments granting and conveying such rights of way shall provide for
the reversion thereof to the Commonwealth of Virginia in the event of
abandonment of the easement.

2. An emergency exists and this act is in force from its passage.
