An Act to amend and reenact Chapter 197 of the Acts of Assembly of
1950, approved March 14, 1950, as amended by Chapter 195 of the
Acts of Assembly of 1952, approved March 5, 1952, which was incor-
porated by reference by § 29-86.2 of the Code of Virginia, relating
to game wardens in certain counties.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:
1. That Chapter 197 of the Acts of Assembly of 1950, approved March
14, 1950, as amended by Chapter 195 of the Acts of Assembly of 1952,
approved March 5, 1952, which was incorporated by reference by § 29-36.2
of the Code of Virginia be amended and reenacted as follows:
§ 1. The governing body of any county having a population of not
less than twenty-three thousand three hundred seventy-five and not more
than twenty-four thousand four hundred fifty and in any county having
a population of more than thirty-five thousand one hundred and less than
thirty-six thousand and in any county having a population of not less
than twenty-one thousand three hundred and not more than twenty-one
thousand five hundred shall pay the game warden of such county for
services rendered to the county a salary of not less than seventy-five
dollars nor more than one hundred and fifty dollars a month.
