An Act to validate certain conveyances of county courthouse grounds.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

1. Any other provision of law to the contrary, notwithstanding, any con-
veyance made prior to January 1, 1954, by a county, of a portion of the
county courthouse grounds, to a town to be used for public purposes, shall
be in all respects valid.
