CHAPTER 128
An Act to fix a limit on the number of raccoons which may be taken in
the county of Scott and to provide penalties for violations. 'H 852]

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:
1. In any one hunting season in the county of Scott it shall be unlawful
for any person to hunt, take, capture or kill more than one raccoon
during one period of twenty-four hours and more than three raccoons
during any one hunting season. Such limit shall apply to individuals
hunting singly and to individuals hunting as a party or group. Violations
of this act shall constitute a misdemeanor and be punished as provided
y law.
2. An emergency exists and this act is in force from its passage.
