An Act to amend and reenact § 38-218 of the Code, relating to ferries
exempt from powers of State Highway Commission as to establish-
ment, acquisition and operation of ferries. S140]

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

1. That § 33-213 of the Code be amended and reenacted as follows:

§ 33-213. Nothing in this article contained shall apply to ferries
operated between the cities of Portsmouth and Norfolk or between Ports-
pou ana Berkeley or to any ferry plying across the waters of Elizabeth
