CHAPTER 105

An Act to amend Chapter 706 of the Acts of Assembly of 1952, approved
April 8, 1952, which provided a charter for the city of Warwick, by
adding thereto a section numbered 15-04.1, relating to the jurisdic-
tion of the circuit court of said city.
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

1. That Chapter 706 of the Acts of Assembly of 1952, approved April
eight, nineteen hundred fifty-two, be amended by adding thereto a section
numbered 15-04.1 as follows: of

§ 15-04.1. Additional jurisdiction of circuit court. The circuit
court shall also have the same jurisdiction in the city of Warwick as ts
given by general law to corporation and hustings courts of other cities
of the first class in this State.
