An Act to repeal § 28-50.1 of the Code of Virginia which was enacted as
§ 28-89.1 by the General Assembly of 1950, relating to fishing by
certain methods in certain waters not permitted. OH 1077

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:
1. That § 28-50.1 of the Code of Virginia which was enacted as § 28-89.1
by the General Assembly of 1950 is repealed.
2. An emergency exists and this act is in force from its passage.
